'Missing' Rurouni Kenshin episodes

I recently started watching Kenshin and, as I usually do with shonen, I went on animefillerlist.com to check how much filler it had. To my surprise animefillerlist.com states that Rurouni Kenshin has 100 episodes, not 94 episodes as states on MAL. It seems that MAL, and Netflix for that matter, show the last episode as being 'The Elegy of Wind and Water' while there are several more listed episodes on animefillerlist.com called 'The Man of the Shlashing Sword', 'The Lost Cat', 'The Previous Night at the Mountain Home', 'The Cross-Shaped Wound' and 'After So Many Years Have Lapsed' (parts 1 and 2).

What's actually going on here? Were these just OVAs that it listed as TV episodes?

At the bottom of the list (see the link above), the last 6 episodes are OVA episodes. So, you've answered your own question.
