Life can often feel overwhelmingly hard because of the constant challenges we face. From personal struggles like mental health issues, relationship difficulties, and financial stress, to broader societal pressures, it can seem like the weight of the world is on our shoulders. The expectations placed on us, whether by family, society, or even ourselves, can lead to feelings of inadequacy or failure when we don't meet them. There's also the reality of loss-whether it's the death of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, or the loss of a job or dream-and these events can shake our sense of stability and purpose. On top of that, uncertainty about the future and a fear of the unknown can make life feel even more daunting. The world around us can sometimes feel chaotic, and it's easy to become disillusioned with the injustices and hardships that others face as well. With all of this, it’s easy to feel like life is a never-ending series of obstacles. However, it's important to recognize that even in the hardest moments, there can be hope and growth. Though life may be difficult, it also offers opportunities for change, healing, and connection with others who understand what we're going through
