    Its Bumrah cricketing sense
Assessing the situation assessing batter and the pitch and condition . And how quickly he adjust his length and lines and speed.

Ambrose said that bumrah hits the pitch quite hard, can that be the reason for people not able to pull, because hitting the deck hard means more seam movement and more variance ,even on flat wickets if you can hit it hard enough

Malcolm Marshall was unplayable and the most fiersome, scary, dangerous bowler that I've ever seen. That was test cricket, but I have absolutely no doubt he'd have ruled T20. The terror in Brabourne stadium that the collective traumatized Indian crowd experienced that day I'll never forget. One of my most intense memories as a child.

For an Indian in his 40s I have been fortunate enough to see 4-5 generations of Indian g8… while comparisons often are subjective given the times, subset of players the individual plays against etc etc… never ever have as an Indian one felt so confident and hopeful when a Indian pace or otherwise would be given the ball… it’s like you literally know that the man would deliver something exceptional…. Great batsmen would indeed win u matches like the many legends who have done so… but g8 bowlers would indeed win you tournaments … and I believe Bumrah will go down as the legendary bowler from India who would help deliver trophies in all three formats… truly a GOAT

Gelespie told a story about McGrath that McGrath used to say to Jason that,McGrath said,I can’t swing it,can’t seam it either but I can bowl 94 bowls out of 100 in one place so I’m going to get wickets,it’s the same with bumrah, nothing else matters if you don’t have accuracy,Stuart broad had most tools a bowler would want but didn’t have the accuracy of say an ambrose and that’s what seperates the greats from everyone else

Slightly controversial, but Josh Hazelwood is better across all 3 formats than Pat Cummins. Pat is the better test bowler for sure, but Hazelwood just doesn't go for any runs with the white ball.

One of the things worth looking at is that bumrah can swing it both ways, that's an extremely difficult thing to do,even greats like McGrath ,garner Cummins pollock could not swing it that much, and some others like steyn, waqar, rabada ,Donald could do it but only one way,Trent boult can only swing it one way and is arguably the best new ball bowler in the world,so the fact that bumrah can swing it both ways and get banana swing is incredibly not just in terms utility but just demonstrating that he can do it ,makes it so difficult for batsmen

I mean the guy literally sacrifices 1000s of his Runs and stats for his teams cause. Literally rearranged his game such late in his career. Injected such attacking mindset with the bat that no Indian team has seen before. Rohit sharma of 6 years ago would've got 100s and 200s for fun. Rohit sharma of today denies himself of that stats for his team. Such a great captain and team player

T20 is a different game. In Test or 50-over-length bowling, you will get hit, reverse hit, etc. Past bowlers did have to learn skills regarding variety. You can only Burmah with future players. Bowl only swings for 1 over; McGarth's length will get hit. For current bowlers, there is no conventional or reverse swing, and batsmen who played were "Root" like now batsmen are very aggressive.

Did I hear that Ponting is a better puller than Rohit ? Ha-ha-ha .. I have seen umpteen videos of Ponting getting hit head on the visor when playing the bouncing ball. If the visor were not there Ponting teeth would have been re-arranged multiple times. For Rohit I am yet to see a video of him getting hit. If you were to say Ponting has a better temperament and concentration than Rohit then I may agree but at playing short ball - Rohit is well ahead of Ponting . Sorry!!!

In the knockout match against india he gave away 38 runs and not a single wicket . I can completely agree he is top tier bowler in test but in t20s and odis there are much better bowler than him . Josh hazelwood can be called as all format bowler as he was once even no 1 in t20 rankings and did well against india this wc .Cummins was not even in top 20 bowler in this t20 wc

At times in the video, Jarrod mentions how, with only one skill, Bumrah is better than most cricketers( batsmen, bowlers & all-rounders). So there is no way to measure it, but logic why he said it. Pat Cummings now is not only a bowler but an okayish batsman and also a great successful captain. Odi WC wicket taking is some random Stat, which is not the discussion here.
